Death Sauce Hot Pot Heat Meter We use a burning chili heat rating system. At Death Sauce you will find our taste buds to be altered from the rest of society. What we think of mild, most think of hot - when we say it's hot, you will burn and when you see four or more burning chilies, please use the most extreme caution. We are for real and our sauces leave nothing to the imagination except to ask WHY?
1 BURNING CHILI - HOT BUT VERY ENJOYABLE TO MOST PALATES 
2 BURNING CHILIS - HOT WILL CAUSE A SLIGHT BEAD OF PERSPIRATION ON FOREHEAD BUT STILL ENJOYABLE CAUTION. 3 BURNING CHILIS - 1 OR 2 DROPS AT A TIME. WILL HAVE LINGERING HEAT FOR UP TO 30 MINUTES 4 BURNING CHILIS - USE WITH THE MOST EXTREME CAUTION REMEMBER TO WASH HANDS WELL AFTER CONTACT. SHOULD ONLY BE USED AS A FOOD ADDITIVE.
