Feelin' Alive Rice-n-Bean Soup
- 2 Tablespoons Death Sauce
- 2 Cups cooked rice
- 2 cans pinto beans, undrained
- 2 Cups low sodium chicken broth
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 1 Cup chopped green onions
- Monterey Jack cheese (optional)
- In large saucepan, combine all ingredients. Mix well.
- Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Garnish each
serving with shredded Monterey Jack cheese, if desired.
Side dishes: Tortilla chips or corn muffins; mixed garden salad.
